Kennedy Cluster Center Project – Montgomery County Health and Human Services:
The Kennedy Cluster Project provides social services and behavioral health support to students in twelve schools within the Midcounty/Silver Spring area, including Lucy V. Barnsley ES. This project aims to support students and families by offering services such as connecting them with community programs and summer activities.
